Adeel Akhtar has done his Masters in Business Administration with majors in Human Resource Management from “ Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology.
He worked for 9 years as Manager Human Resource Department for Ernst & Young Pakistan office. Since 2014 he was working as manager for Human Resource and mobility program for the MENA (Middle East & North America) region of Ernst & Young Global.
During, his association with ERNST & YOUNG he has performed various tasks which includes recruitment plan formulation, career path designing, employees evaluation, payroll processing, coordination with labor departments to mention a few. It is worth mentioning that he has vast experience of dealing with all the requirements for the secondment of staff to the global offices of Ernst & Young from Pakistan office.
